With our streetwork teams, we visit women who work in prostitution. Give gifts, hygiene products, food, Migros vouchers, condoms, contact addresses to the women they meet. By visiting them, we get an insight into their current situation.

We hand out gift bags on these inserts and have an art card for every woman. The personal encounter is at the heart of these missions. We want to get to know these women. We want to know how they're doing and hear what's bothering them. At every meeting, we invite the woman to our ladies lounge. In our premises on Zurich's Langstraße, women can relax for a moment. We have time to listen to them and they can stock up on clothes for free or get their nails done in our nail studio.

Und zwar mutig und gross. Weil wir glauben, dass Veränderung möglich ist.

The social mobility of women who want to leave is severely restricted. In order for them to have equal opportunities, the circle of lack of perspective and dependence must be broken.

The “Employment for Freedom” work integration program is our exit program. In addition to regular and supervised work, it also covers housing, German courses and inclusion in society. Every woman who has completed the work integration program should be able to live independently and according to her individual ideas and be integrated into the primary labor market.

In “Employment for Freedom,” women work either in our own cleaning company or in one of our partner companies in the private sector.

The conditions behind the red windows and facades of the red light environment are rarely discussed openly. As a society, we often believe in a glossed over image of prostitution, behind whose façade hardly anyone has really seen.

Anyone who, like us, deals with women in prostitution on a daily basis knows that if they had had another choice, they would not prostitute themselves. We take this seriously and do educational work in the interests of these women. So that Switzerland receives a realistic picture of prostitution and global human trafficking. We enjoy doing this just as much in school classes as on big stages.

In everything we say, we rely solely on the statements of the thousands of prostitute women we've met over the last two decades.
